The price of the conference includes:
- conference attendance on 6 and 7 July 2024Â
- access to keynote presentations with subject experts, interactive workshops and breakout sessions, a range of exhibitors, and the opportunity to network with Cambridge staff and peers.
- lunch and refreshments
- evening social event on 6 July 2024.

Payment terms
Please note that we can only accept payment in the currency £GBP.
Payment by card
Payment of the conference fees can be by credit or debit card (excluding American Express) and is via a secure online payment system. Some banks or card providers may apply additional transaction fees when opting to pay via credit or debit card. We suggest you check with your individual bank or card provider if additional charges will be applied before booking.
Payment by invoice
If you are registering from a Cambridge school, you have the additional option of selecting payment by invoice when booking.Â
If you select to pay by invoice, your booking will be reserved as pending until confirmed by your organisation. Booking confirmation and approval must be received from your organisation a maximum 5 working days after submitting your booking.
Conference places are limited and we are unable reserve pending bookings indefinitely. Cambridge reserves the right to cancel unapproved bookings after a period of 5 working days has elapsed.
Invoices must be approved by your Cambridge school or Cambridge Associate and will be issued on a monthly basis prior to the conference.
Cambridge reserves the right to refuse entry to the conference for any delegates who have not been authorised by their Cambridge Coordinator or relevant Cambridge Associate, prior to the event.
Centre approval process
We request that you obtain verbal approval from your centre before booking your place for the conference. Once you submit your booking, your place will be reserved as pending and centre approval is required with a maximum of 5 working days of submitting your booking.
To approve a booking:
- Centre approver’s will first need to log into the Centre Portal.
- Once logged in, select the 'Events' tab then 'Approve Events'.
- From here, centre approvers can view all booking requests submitted from colleagues at the centre to attend the Cambridge Schools Conference.
- Centre approvers can select any booking requests by checking the box next to the requestors name and will have the option to approve (or decline) any selected bookings.
If you do not have a centre approver, please email us with proof of senior approval and we will manually approve your booking on your behalf.
Cancellation terms
You may cancel your place up to 14 days (21 June 2024) before the conference start date and a full refund will be given. All cancellations received within 14 days of the conference start date will be non-refundable.

Should a participant withdraw from a conference less than 14 calendar days before the conference start date, Cambridge reserves the right to charge the full conference fee to the registered Cambridge Centre.
If you are unable to attend last minute due to extenuating circumstances and wish to avoid a cancellation charge, please email us with a medical note or a supporting email from a senior member of staff at your school.
We advise you do not make travel or accommodation arrangements before you receive confirmation of your conference booking. We are unable to refund travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred if you are not successful in booking your place on the conference.
Covid-19 events policy
International Education is committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of those attending a face-to-face Conference. Cambridge International will follow local guidelines in relation to Covid-19.
We will continue to review current guidelines and updated guidance will be shared with booked delegates as part of their conference joining instructions, nearer the time of the Conference.
Disclaimer
When booking a place at the Cambridge Schools Conference, it is the responsibility of the participants attending the conference to arrange and pay for their own travel and accommodation. All travel to and from the conference venue is the sole responsibility of participants.
International Education is not liable for any loss, including travel and accommodation costs suffered by or on behalf of any person who wished to attend the conference should we cancel it for any reason whatsoever.
Neither International Education nor its directors, officers or agents are responsible or liable for the safety and property of participants or their companions during the events or any related excursions. Participants are advised to seek information on potential health and security risks incurred by themselves or their companions at the conference and to secure adequate insurance coverage.
