Juliet Wilson joined Cambridge as Director of Assessment in August 2018, and took on responsibility for the Customer Support function in August 2022. She has a wealth of experience both in customer facing roles and as a senior leader within Cambridge.
Before joining Juliet was Director of Assessment at Cambridge English for three years, and previously Director of Customer Services for six years. She was also Interim Director of International Network for six months from April 2022.
Prior to working for Cambridge, Juliet was a teacher and teacher trainer in the UK, Colombia, Hong Kong and Portugal.
She has a BA in French and German and an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of London. She also holds a General Certificate of Management from the Judge Institute, University of Cambridge.
