Scholarships: Studies for the EU/EEA citizens are tuition-free (except for at the School of Business and Governance). In addition, a number of scholarships are available for all candidates. In 2024, a record sum of half a million euros is given out by the TalTech Development Fund to support the studies of our students. There is more info on scholarships here.
Low living costs: The living costs of a student in Estonia can be estimated to be around 500-700 EUR/month, depending on the person. TalTech offers student housing on the campus, 2-minute walk from the study buildings. All dormitories are modern, recently renovated and fully furnished and they offer free wifi. The rent is between 125-240 EUR/month depending on the room. The average is about 150 EUR/month. Public transport in Tallinn is free for the residents of Tallinn (incl. international students).
Student life: TalTech is well known for its active student life, with nearly 40 diverse student organizations involved in everything from satellite construction to major event organisation.
