How do I log in?
If you do not have an account on the School Support Hub, speak to your School Support Coordinator and they will set up an account for you through the ‘Administration’ area on the School Support Hub. To set up an account they will need to use an email that you can access and is not used by anyone else. Once this is done, you will receive an email advising you on how to set your password. You can then go to the School Support Hub and log in.
When they create your account, your School Support Coordinator will also be able to grant you access to our Cambridge Primary support site and Cambridge Lower Secondary support site if you teach these programmes too. You will use the same login details to access these sites.
If you do not know who your School Support Coordinator is, please contact our Customer Services team.

School support coordinator
The school support coordinator is responsible for making sure all teachers at the school have access to the teaching and learning support and training that we offer. All registered Cambridge schools have a school coordinator and they play an important part in the smooth running of any Cambridge International School. In many cases the schools support coordinator will also have other teaching or administrative responsibilities.
They are responsible for:
- creating and managing School Support Hub accounts for all teachers at their school through the ‘Administration’ area of the site.
- ordering extra services (like Test Maker or Resource Plus) on behalf of their school through the ‘Extra services’ area on the School Support Hub.
- approving training requests for teachers at their school through the Events and Training Planner.
- sharing information about new support resources and extra services with the rest of the school - to do this they should have a strong understanding of the support offered by Cambridge International.
