Our international headquarters in Cambridge became a hub for educational exchange last month, as principals from schools in Western and Northern Europe gathered for a Cambridge Principals Forum.
Over 70 educators from 41 schools in countries including Denmark, France, Germany, Poland and Ukraine attended the event to explore innovative educational practices, share ideas and further their commitment to enhancing students’ learning experiences.
One of the highlights was the opportunity to learn from two experienced Cambridge schools in the region. St. George’s School in Switzerland showcased their outstanding work in Cambridge Global Perspectives, providing insights into fostering multilingualism in the classroom. Lycée Michel Lucius in Luxembourg presented their incredible work on the Cambridge International Project Qualification (IPQ) and gave advice to schools interested in offering the qualification.
It was wonderful to host this event in Cambridge and bring educators from so many different schools in Europe together. The success of the forum highlights the importance of cross-border collaboration and the significance of sharing best practices to enhance the quality of education.
The event not only fostered a sense of community among educators, but also offered a valuable platform for building lasting connections that will continue to benefit students and schools in the years to come.
