How to order extra services – a guide for coordinators at Cambridge International Schools

This step-by-step guide explains how you can place orders for extra services on behalf of your school through the School Support Hub. 

If you are the School Support Coordinator at a Cambridge International School, please follow steps 1-9. If you are the School Support Coordinator at a school that delivers Cambridge International qualifications through a Cambridge Associate, please follow steps 1-6 and then 10-12.

1. Log in to your account on the School Support Hub.
2. Go to the ‘Extra services’ area.
   
   
   
3. Select the service that you want to order.
   
   
   
4. Go to ‘Syllabuses and subject packs'.
5. Find the syllabus or subject pack you want to subscribe to and press ‘Add’. The subscription should now be in your shopping cart.
   
   
   
6. Next, go to ‘My cart’.
   
   
   

If you are the support coordinator at a Cambridge International school

7. Check that your order details are correct and then place your order.
8. You will receive confirmation that your order has been successful. We will add the extra service subscriptions you have ordered to your next invoice.
9. Once you have received confirmation of your order all teachers at your school will be able to log in and use the Extra services you have ordered. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you choose to cancel automatic renewal.
   
   
   

10. Check that your order details are correct and then click 'Send request'.
    
    
    
11. We will then send an email to your Cambridge Associate containing details of your order request. Your Cambridge Associate will then be able to review your request and place the order on your behalf. If you have any questions about the order please contact your Cambridge Associate.
12. Once your Cambridge Associate has approved your request and ordered your extra services you will receive a confirmation email. When you have received this confirmation all teachers at your school will be able to log in and use the Extra services you have ordered. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you choose to cancel authomatic renewal.
