‘While we maintain a global perspective and welcome students from diverse backgrounds, our institution is actively working to broaden its outreach to students from various regions. We are committed to offering an inclusive and enriching educational experience to students from these areas, with the goal of fostering a global perspective within our academic community.’

Their familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum equips them with valuable critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills, which are highly desirable attributes at our university.’
‘Applications from Cambridge International students frequently showcase attributes such as strong analytical abilities, a dedication to academic excellence, and an aptitude for independent learning. These students often excel in research-oriented and multidisciplinary programmes, contributing to the dynamic intellectual environment of our institution.’
Scholarships and financial incentives
‘At O.P. Jindal Global University, we uphold a ‘merit-cum-means’ scholarship policy that is applicable to students based on their academic performance in the university’s accepted entrance exams and their respective schools. Scholarships are awarded to deserving students whose family income falls below a specified threshold. Eligibility is assessed based on academic excellence and financial need.’
Entry requirements
‘O.P. Jindal Global University welcomes applicants with Cambridge International A Levels. Our typical requirements for undergraduate courses often involve students holding two or three Cambridge International A Levels. Additionally, candidates for our four-year Bachelor’s (Hons) programmes are typically required to have successfully completed their 10+2 exam, or its equivalent, with a minimum aggregate mark of 45 per cent. In cases where applicants apply before receiving their board exam results, provisional offers of admission may be made based on predicted grades.’
‘Applicants can demonstrate their English proficiency through various means, including Cambridge IGCSE English as a First or Second Language. Proficiency in English is an essential criterion for admission, and students may use relevant language qualifications to meet this requirement.’
‘We do consider applicants who have completed the Cambridge International Project Qualification (IPQ) alongside their Cambridge International A Levels, as an additional qualification. The addition of Cambridge IPQ to an application can enhance its strength by showcasing a student’s research and project management skills, which are valued qualities in our academic community. The specific considerations regarding the Cambridge IPQ are assessed on a case-by-case basis during the admission process.’
‘While O.P. Jindal Global University values a diverse range of qualifications, the acceptance of Global Perspectives & Research as a third A Level may be subject to individual programme requirements and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Applicants are encouraged to review programme-specific admission criteria to ascertain the acceptability of this qualification for their chosen course of study.’
