In this course you will explore different models of coaching and mentoring that can help to embed a culture of reflection and continuous improvement in your school, and support teachers to have an even greater impact on student learning.
What will I learn?
You will be introduced to some of the main models of a coaching and mentoring approach, explore the benefits, and look at pitfalls to avoid. There will be opportunity for discussion and reflection on practice, and a key outcome will be an individualised action plan to take back to your school.
Under the guidance of an experienced Cambridge trainer, you will explore:

- How does coaching and mentoring support school improvement and student learning?
- How do I embed coaching and mentoring in my school?
Please note: this course introduces you to some key models of coaching and mentoring, but it is not a coaching training programme.
