Reflection is a systematic reviewing process for all teachers which allows you to make links from one experience to the next, making sure your students make maximum progress. School evaluation is an essential part of helping schools understand how effective they are with reference to a clearly defined set of standards.

The Great Teaching Toolkit: Evidence review

Cambridge International has partnered with Evidence Based Education (a UK-based research organisation) to produce the Great teaching toolkit: Evidence review (PDF, 2MB). The report, released on 17 June 2020, aims to help teachers identify the areas they can work on in their own professional development that will have the most impact on their learners’ outcomes.
